What's new? – Terms 2.0 and Privacy Policy 3.0

We have rewritten our Terms (version 2.0). The new version applies from the start date, which we will tell you in advance. What has changed:

• Subscriptions: There are two plans, Starter and Pro, monthly or yearly. In the iPhone app you buy through Apple; on the web through Stripe, as soon as we have enabled web purchases. Prices and scope of services are in the service description (§§ 2, 6, 8).
• Trial period: 14 days free. On the web without payment details, in the app through Apple. Afterwards you can still view and export your data; new entries, imports and AI features are only possible after a purchase (§ 7).
• Cancellation: Monthly and yearly subscriptions; cancel on the web via “Cancel contracts here”, in the app with Apple (at least 24 hours before it ends, in your Apple settings). After the first year a web yearly subscription continues monthly and can then be cancelled at any time with one month's notice (§ 9).
• Withdrawal: Right of withdrawal with its own withdrawal instructions, model form and withdrawal function. This also applies to the free user agreement (§ 15).
• AI features: The AI analyses your own data and gives no investment advice. Analyses can contain errors (§§ 3, 4).
• Minimum age: Tradoloom is intended for adults; accounts and subscriptions are available from age 18 (§ 5).
• Data and account deletion: You can export your data at any time. If you delete your account, a running web subscription also ends, and we do not refund the unused time. If you want to use the time you have paid for, cancel only the subscription and delete your account later. Withdrawal, rights in case of defects and termination for good cause remain unaffected (§§ 9, 15, 16).
• Changes: Rights in case of defects and updates (§ 10), changes to the service only for good reason (§ 11) and changes to the Terms only with your consent. If you do not agree, the previous version continues to apply to you (§ 17).
